EVERYTHING NEW RECENTLY

It’s been a while since I shared everything new as life has been happening and I’m only just playing catch up. That being said, I hope you’re all faring well and looking after yourselves as best as you can given the current climate. As for me, a second lockdown is now in effect in the UK and I’m doing my best to keep my body and mind active as doing so helped me during the first lockdown. But just before all the restrictions went into place, I did a bit of traveling within the country for work. One of which took me down to The Savoy in London for a cosy stay that was very much adapted to accommodate the effects of COVID. We enjoyed all our meals in our room and had a rather relaxing time. And in keeping with my usual prepared style, I brought along some new wardrobe pieces that I knew would compliment the hotel. Just in case you might be wondering what I’m talking about, a lot of planning tends to go into my shoots. I often research a shoot location and do my best to match my outfit accordingly so the image tells a better story. Without further ado, here’s everything new recently.

This Sassi Holford dress is a new favourite of mine. It feels very vintage and I can’t get enough of it. These colourful ornate plates below were ones I picked up during my visit to Lake Como with Fujifilm not too long ago. I got them from a local shop in Bellagio which was a two minute walk away from our hotel. The rug is also new as I needed to replace the old one which was very thin. I quite like the floral design as you know I have a thing for flowers.

The lovely Deborah Lyons was kind enough to make me a custom corset which I took away with me to the countryside as it matched the setting really well.

Sezane sent me this lovely jumper which paired really well with some old items in my wardrobe. My latest handbag purchase that is the The Jackie 1961 Mini Hobo Bag complimented it quite well. It’s a bag that has a really timeless feel to it and I went for it in the colour pink. Watch me unbox it in the video below.

I added a few bits to my home thanks to Yvonne Ellen and Etsy. With Etsy being my go to place for anything unique. Most of my favourite finds at home have come from there and I’m always happy to recommend them as a place to find something a little more special.

I’ve been on the hunt for brown shoes for a while now and this pair by Dolce & Gabbana were a show stopper for me once I set my eyes on them.
