What do you do when you’re feeling blue? I shared in my last vlog how I motivate myself every now and again. Each time I feel down or can hint that I’m losing momentum, I find a feel good motivational speech to keep me going. One speaker that does the trick for me is Les Brown. His messages are usually food for thought delivered with modern day humour.2N4A8241“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.” – Zig Ziglar.2N4A8329These days I find myself listening to motivational speeches every morning during my walk down the river. You might find me saying out loud things like “good things are suppose to happen to me” and probably paying a compliment to a passerby because of the feeling I get from listening to these speeches.2N4A8135It doesn’t mean I don’t feel down, it just means I’ve found a way to manage the situation and uplift myself. And so rather than feeling blue, I’m making a conscious decision to overcome it even if it means facing it head on and wearing the colour blue.2N4A8496Style by Onyi MossPhotography by Onyi Moss & Craig Moss
