Heisenberg Effect

April 11, 2015

Ever since I started blogging I’ve been asked quite a number of times why I decided to become a blogger alongside my 9 to 5 job and my answer always remains the same – it’s something I love and enjoy doing in my spare time. I can almost sense a subtle tone of disapproval even after giving my reasons. And then in the lifestyle and fashion blogosphere, there seems to be all these unwritten rules which can sometimes be very exhausting. Don’t get me wrong, most of these do’s and don’ts have proven to be effective and I try to apply them as much as I can but I do so making sure I stay true to myself. I am no expert in blogging but I know that if you continue to apply your authentic self in whatever you do you’ll be sure to succeed hence the ”Heisenberg Effect” –  the observation that the very act of becoming a player changes the game being played. And I’d like to think that this has become the case with my blog 🙂

Seeing as we’re in Spring I’ve decided to embrace it. Today I’m wearing a floral shirt, together with shorts and shoes from New Look and bag by Jasper Conran.
